The second video from Bagong Sigla has recently revealed that it is indeed Chiz Escudero underneath the bright red-orange hoodie.

A new viral video has been making the rounds in the interwebs lately and there’s been talk that it’s probably a political ad by a certain Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero.
What’s interesting about this one is the obvious comic book style that the ad is using which, being a comic book creator myself, caught my interest.
